At what point do you call yourself a trans elder? I’d like to know everyone’s opinion on the matter. Trying to determine if I really am a trans elder or not. Thank you.

However, first some rules:

No transmedicalism, or transmedicalist language, this includes bio and gender essentialism such as mtf, ftm, afab, amab, pre-op (because this implies all trans fems/people wish to transition via surgery which isn’t the case) etc.
Don’t generalise experiences to all, for example say “my experiences as a transfemme person are” instead of “all transfemmes experience” or “X thing relating to gender is like this”, this is because not all will experience it that way and then may feel dysphoric at seeing it.
No egg cracking.
No self deprecation, we are here to build ourselves and each other up, not to make ourselves or others feel bad.
No exclusion based on asigned gender/sex at birth, any genders or sex assigned at birth do not automatically exclude members of this community from identifying as transfem or being here. For example: demigirl, several genderfluid identities etc.
No gatekeeping in general.
No chasers, sadly it must be said, we aren’t here for you, get lost.
We only accept text, images, video, and audio 100% created by those alive and breathing (or who once were). That means nothing regurgitated by an LLM, ‘genAI’ etc. It may involve computer use, but must not involve the use of stochastic parrots.
Anything made by others must include a link and credit to the best of the poster’s ability, if it was not possible to find it please mention that.
We request alt text be included for accessibility, but it is not necessary, if it is not included please feel free to request someone or somemany else do it.
No doxing

This community supports self diagnosis and DIY HRT etc. Any found questioning either of these things will face moderation action.
