I finally got enough motivation to create a plan and a schedule for dealing with adhd time management issues. I tried improving it based on my previous failed attempts, but idk if i will keep myself organized for long this time.
Oof yeah I feel this. Time management is hard. Sometimes I just have to set alarms so I can stop a task before getting too sucked in. Sometimes I don’t even remember turning off those alarms. Oops
I’m sick so not a lot but, I’ve made it to the bathroom every time today with no oops! Gotta take what I can get right now.
