Suspended sentence and a 2 year driving ban. Seems pretty lenient for maiming someone.

A stipulation of his license is that he wears glasses. He seriously injures a cyclist because he cannot see when driving, convicted of causing injury while dangerous driving yet given a suspended sentence.
