Has anyone here tried red light treatment for hair growth? Did it actually work? Do you use a comb or one of those sci-fi looking helmets?
I’m considering it, my dermatologist suggested it as an option. The units are just so expensive.

It certainly won’t hurt your situation. Just know it takes a very long time to see any results and you need to be consistent with it. So if you go on vacation and can’t keep up with the sessions, it’s basically like starting over. You can do it every day, but no less than 3x a week.
I bought a body length Hooga panel, not any of the masks. I know Amazon and Temu have cheap knock offs. Whatever you buy, make sure the red light operates 630-680 nm and the infrared operates 810-850nm. Infrared targets the deep muscles, so you could probably find a device that’s just red light. No clue if anything like that exists or if it’s cheaper.
