I’m 35, and I’ve been eating this terrible, ultra-processed food for most of my adult life. I’ve been slowly trying to move away from it, and actually seeing some decent results. I still hate cooking, though.
I also have this problem. I should probably just buy myself a cook book and just try it out whenever possible.
