Ooh, fab! Did you eat ‘em all fresh or did you make anything with them? Someday I’ll have enough of a harvest to manage to do both, haha.

I’m so jealous. I seem to have a black thumb so I’d kill a strawberry plant in a matter of days, lol.
I’ve been there too. Never give up! Until then, you can always blame it on the field mice.

My problem with strawberries is slugs and snails. I refer to my strawberries as lgbt/gay as I am growing them in pink pots. So far we have only had a max of 5 … just watered them. Picking just before lunch.

Ah yes, the struggle is real. Millipedes are my main strawberry nemesis here. It’s always so disheartening when a strawberry looks absolutely perfect… and then you pick it and come to find a hole on the underside where the millepedes have hollowed the whole damn thing out. Haha, the little monsters.
