• Not gonna lie, feel like a big part of the problem is the fact that Bud Light is swill, so naturally it attracts a lot of lowest-common denominator customers who can actually make a boycott like this sting a little.

    There’s obviously a lot that plays into stuff like this, but don’t think such a boycott would at all be effective with like a decent mid-shelf beer though.

  • There’s something bittersweet to me about the people doing this almost certainly being the sort of people who otherwise whine about “cancel culture”. I at least hope it pushes some of them to understand that it’s just a valid thing people do.
