Same here, a bunch of communities I joined have “Subscribe Pending”, https://imgur.com/Fu6Xoom. Everything still works though, I can see the posts and interact with them.

I have the same behavior on some communities but on some not. This post from 2 weeks ago says its a known bug and as long as you have the “Subscribe Pending” button it should count the same as being subscribed.

I’m seeing this only for communities hosted at lemmy.ml. Every other instance seems to be working fine. I remember reading that lemmy.ml was overloaded - maybe that’s part of it?
