Oh I didn’t know about this book! I was aware “The Healthy Back Kitchen” was getting released, but not this one. Seems to have some sensible suggestions based on the article—I never even considered getting my disabled mother an egg slicer so she can cut up small fruits without cutting herself.

Thank you for this article, I’ll definitely look into this book.

I was born without hands and just turned 40 this month. I’m finally at the point where I am sick of dealing with shit. So I’ve been slowly getting myself some kitchen gadgets to help. The adaptive cutting board is so clutch. Etac Deluxe One handed pairing board on Amazon. Being able to lock something down to cut it has been so nice. I was able to cut my first pretzel roll in half with it. Felt so accomplished. Also got a pot holder suction cup thing and an angled knife.
