Donnie Darko
Fight Club
Pulp Fiction
All three of those make much more sense the second time around.
In general, though, that’s a matter of personal preference. I will never turn down Young Frankenstein, The Blues Brothers, Blazing Saddles, Groundhog Day, or The Princess Bride.
The Lord of the Rings
Memento The Prestige The Sixth Sense Fight Club Interstellar Pulp Fiction
Memento
All Nolan movies, except Tenet.
I love Korean movies like
- Last train to busan
- Parasite
- Oldboy
Snowpiercer! Great movie by the same director as Parasite
deleted by creator
The Good, The Bad and the Weird
I pick up something new almost every time I watch Memento.

Matrix. I’ve watched the trilogy god knows how many times, I still find it entertaining.
The first one is the best and one I enjoy rewatching.
Agreed 👍.
Dune
I’m a simple man, I see Dune mentioned I upvote.
I’ll watch any Denis Villeneuve movie on repeat tbh. The audio alone can carry my evening
He is certainly a great director, still not on the level of PTA or Tarantino for me but I hold his movies very high in many regards. Also, if you are referring to Dune soundtracks please check this video where Hans Zimmer explains how he came up with the music of Dune : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=93A1ryc-WW0
Which one though? There’s the David Lynch version, the Sci Fi mini series, and the most recent adaptation. They all have their pros/cons, but I honestly prefer the Sci Fi mini series. It’s lower budget than the movies, but I think they did a great job at adapting the source material.
Honestly, all three. I love all of them for different reasons
Interstellar.
And the incredible soundtrack by Hans Zimmer.
The Fifth Element
AZIZ
Contact
Arrival as well
Oh heck yeah!
The Emperor’s New Groove
Interstellar
Darren Aronofsky’s Pi. I’ve watched 3 times, each separated by a decent amount of time, and I think the third was my favourite.
Its short runtime (84 mins) is I suspect a major factor in this. Nowadays it’s almost like rewatching a favourite episode of a beloved Sci-Fi.
It definitely would make a good Black Mirror episode. My problem is the ending sequence is so brutal and off putting that I find it hard to rewatch for recommend to others.
It was neat to recognize the actor who played Hector Salamanca in it though as the professor. That guy has awesome range!
