I couldn’t find an option and it is really bothersome having to change it every time I open the app

Unfortunately that setting seems to be broken in Jerboa, at least for me. I have it set to Subscribed but the app still opens in local view every time. Website works correctly, though.
There seems to be a bug with Jerboa. If you log out, set the anonymous to “subscribed,” and then log back in, it should hold.
Someone else told me about this workaround, and it took care of the issue for me.
Settings > djinn settings
Scroll down, should be a drop down for default listing
