Stitcher podcast app is going away on august 29th
shutdown by spotify
Seems more likely it was by their parent company SiriusXM who’ve been circling the drain for years.
Well damn. Good timing for me to be switching apps anyways. I had been using stitcher as my daily podcast app for the past while. Just a few days ago I got locked out of my account and lost all my listening history. I decided to try podcast addict since I had to start over. Lesson learned: listen to podcasts in order and/or backup your history.
Damn. I’m a stichter premium subscriber mainly to listen to threedom ad-free using the https://v2.unofficialrss.com/ project.
Looks like I’ll be switching to CBB world.
