Hey, I’m tired of manually setting the brightness on my monitors every morning and evening. Is there a DDC/CI program out there that I can setup to change the brightness automatically at set time points?
ddcutil on linux with some cronjobs to automate it?
I read about that and I’ll look into it for my Linux machine, but are there any Windows options?
Exactly what I was looking for, thanks!
I can recommend Twinkle Tray
OSes often provide night light settings (Windows, Linux, Phone) where you can set a time and have some options (strength, color filter).
Those don’t affect the actual screen brightness, though. Or I haven’t found out how.
I believe Redshift can change screen brightness depending on time of day. At least, it says so in the manpage
