A few for me are:
-The Lord of the Rings Trilogy credits: due to music.
-Shrek Forever After (4) recaps all the movies, very nice ending to the series.

- Grumpy Old Men (my parents made me watch it when it came out. I was a kid, but I still remember enjoying the credits)
