Mine was OK. Didn’t do much and was pretty depressed for most of it but at least I got a flag. Wasn’t able to do much as my area is quite religious

Not great. This year was the year where we all felt the backwards step. Progress should move forward.

NoraReed ( @NoraReed@beehaw.org ) 6•2 years agoI was really afraid there would be an act of terror at a Pride events, so I’m relieved that didn’t happen. Which is a low bar.
linkshulkdoingit69 ( @linkshulkdoingit69@lemmy.fmhy.ml ) 2•2 years agoAbsolutely rough. My city’s become a lot less friendly and safe, no friends or money to celebrate just struggling to get enough to eat and find a job again.
MoriGM ( @MoriGM@feddit.de ) 2•2 years agoFor me it was nice month. My Company made a intern festival for pride month even.
GlitterBandEmissary ( @GlitterBandEmissary@lemm.ee ) 2•2 years agoI was able to lead some educational workshops for my company. It was pretty nice!
MrsTruckBC ( @MrsTruckBC@lemmy.ca ) 1•2 years agoI had covid at the beginning of the month and then it kind of snowballed from there. I didn’t do anything for pride this year and I feel disappointed. I understand how you feel! I’m glad you got a flag at least. I hope it makes you smile when you look at it.
