Another reason why I love having a credit union. The customer service is so much better, especially if you have use a smaller one. I used to have one where my account was only 5 digits. I knew I could call and a person would be on the other end to help. The only reason why I changed is because we moved and it was easier to switch to another local one.

Telling a person you are helping inside the bank that you are too busy to help them not get their money stolen is pretty dispicable, I wonder if they added insult to injury by charging her transfer fees?
