Ideally about real stories! I’m enjoying Monsters Among Us a lot. That and Spooked.

  • YES BY GOD YES.

    THE MAGNUS ARCHIVES.

It is SO GOOD. It’s creepy, intriguing, and mature in it’s horror. It’s so much more than ‘here’s a creepy story.’

If you haven’t listened to it, I HIGHLY recommend and DO NOT read anything about it because you really don’t want spoilers.

It has so much hidden depth and important details. The second listen through, every episode, multiple times I’ll be saying ‘holy shit they forshadowed that and I didn’t even notice!’

Oh, I just read the part about ‘real stories.’ Well, this is meant to be based in our reality and is very well researched? I still recommend. I prefer non fiction too but this was worth my time.

  • Queer Horror High! They recap horror films while being high af, it’s mostly a comedy podcast but they pepper in some super cool insights about the films, and point out all sorts of queer coding and such. Check out episodes on Hellraiser (episode 42) and House of 1000 corpses (episode 30), both great intros to their format! Keep in mind they have a pretty edgy sense of humor so it may not be for everyone lol. But I love it! It’s a great blend of film insight, queerness, and stupid silly laughs!
