Point of Pride’s Annual Transgender Surgery Fund is a scholarship-like program that provides direct financial assistance to trans folks who cannot afford their gender-affirming surgery.
Could be good if we at Beehaw could make a group donation, either directly to this initiative, or to assist with travel & other related expenses.
COOL?!?!? Of course there should be no need to go find financial aid just to get health care or other basic stuff but since there is, I’m glad things like this exist :3 It’s nice to keep bumping into more of them.
