So I’ve been dealing with a bacterial infection for almost a month now, and the biggest barrier to treatment has been my Florida Blue Silver Hmo plan.
I had to correct two customer service agents who didn’t understand my coverage. One called be back after 6 hours apologizing like he had a gun to his head, explaining he told me literally the opposite of what my dermatologist coverage was, the other only capitulated when thier internal claims department confirmed my regular denied appointments were denied in error. (I’m not mean to them, they are clearly contacted call center staff abroad who are undertrained.)
So that leaves me with a question, when open enrollment rolls around, what is the best alternative to pick?
