Seriously, I’ve seen these guys even back when I was in college. Loud, obnoxious, opinionated, and with poor fashion sense.
I guess all the other guys in the photo are the betas? There can only be one alpha, or so our poorly-researched understanding of pack animals goes.
Such guys are commonplace in every college.
They act very silly, are ignorant and annoying creatures overall.
The ‘beta’ guys are just paid by the ‘alpha’ guy to stand by him.
He becomes a stranger to them the moment his dad stops giving him any money.
Then the betas go in search of a new alpha whose dad lends him both pocket-money and an old blazer.
