Questlines, explore the affliction, marginalized werewolf underground societies, maybe even a remote village where everyone, men/women/children are werewolves and/or other types of were creatures? I feel like there’s plenty to explore aside from the yiff and relationship type stuff!

It was some time ago but I’m pretty sure I did a quest in The Elder Scrolls Online that had something like this… Not sure where it was but it was a good side quest with its own hidden area
