minus-square Pantherina ( @Pantherina@feddit.de ) linkfedilink6•edit-25 months agoEditing PDFs For everyone wanting to do that: Don’t. PDFs are made for printing and viewing. If possible, edit Text documents not PDFs. For merging, removing, rotating, rearranging pages: PDFarranger, really stable and awesome tool even for 500+ pages For adding Text or marking: Firefox, then Okular. Okular Flatpak has full portal support (does not need any filesystem permission) For censoring stuff: GIMP. Just marking with black is not secure, you need to edit the image! If it is text, use Libreoffice Draw Adding Signatures: Okular, Firefox (I think?) For actually changing stuff in the PDF: Libreoffice Draw
