Surveillance can systems can also use infrared to see through masks. You need to put shape distorting anti-infrared materials into your mask to beat that. You also need to distort the position and shape of your ears, distance between your eyes, angles of the triangle formed by corners of your eyes and the centre of your mouth.
We were also trained to make frequent changes to our shoes, and other mods to cause gait changes. Most people don’t need to be that paranoid. @electricprism
