We currently pay for the Family plan as a couple so this will be good for us. I tried downgrading but it still doesn’t appear for me.

  • It blows my mind that even these companies choose to use marketing language that can confuse people when purchasing. Why mention the “duo” pricing for the family plan? Yes, I know it says “starting at”, but there is no need for that. Be fully transparent. As a company selling “privacy” camouflaging the actual price with another tier’s price doesn’t really lead me to trust.
