If you think about it with this kind of system, even a higher than average of 2 tweets per article would be fine.

I’m fairly sure they do have an API key to embed tweets and likely cache the response to avoid paying more than once for the API call. If you think about it with this kind of system, even a higher than average of 2 tweets per article would be fine.
