This plant is at my work, no clue what kind it is, but it used to be so pretty and vibrant but now it’s brittle and dying.

What is i5 called and what are the beat conditions for it?

  • Hey, no need to apologize! Looking at your comments and the plants I think you’re on the right track - they look to be Bromeliads (air plants) to me. Those rely on having light to moderate shade and some moisture in the air in many cases. I’d consider having a small spray bottle handy to mist it occasionally, and possibly look to relocate it to a spot that gets less direct sunlight.

    • Awesome! Thank you! I’m going to try putting them in the other customer waiting area for now or bring them home to get them healthy again. Maybe bring them back to the lobby when the cloud cover comes back in a few months.
