    It’s kinda cool, but this code is at least 20 years old lol. Aside from a programmer who might read it and go “huh this is neat” there is no value to this at all

      Theres alot of open source projects that reimplement old games with a more modern engine to make it run at current resolutions and have better graphics, this definitely has some value for the people that might wanna work on that. Theres a diablo 1 reimplemenation that was reverse engineered from leaked code i believe

        I may be making things up here, but if my memory servers me well, the code leak that Team Fortress 2 experienced has greatly helped the ongoing development of the two popular mods for the game, namely Team Fortress 2 Classic and Open Fortress.

        With a fan-favorite like Far Cry, we may be headed for better quality mods down the line.

        I wish Xenus: Boiling Point was revitalized, too, but I don’t think anybody cares about that old-timer.
