I’m from South Hesse, in Germany. Some of the most regarded German comedians (yes, they exist) are from around here and we have a pretty diverse culture, both traditionally German and from immigrants.

    I’m living in North West Wales, by Eryri/Snowdonia. Moved here recently having previously been living in various major cities for work in England. Work is still there, but due to Covid we’ve pretty much moved fully remote, meaning I can live next to mountains instead of motorways!

    Lots of history here as well as lots of outdoorsy things to do, which is lovely. Though bit of a challenge learning the Welsh language as that is most people’s first language here.
