I’m the US there are 3 that I can think of:
They are synonymous in the general sense. “Yeah, I graduated from college.”
Specifically a 2-year school, but usually this will be community College or something similar.
Sub organizations in a large university
This is the definition I’m most familiar with. A 2 year community college for an Associate’s Degree. Whereas universities are 4 year institutions for Bachelor’s Degrees.
