the big stickied thread is getting cluttered with lots of new people and the “how was your week” thread isn’t a great fit for introductions, so it seems about time to make this a dedicated thread of its own so peoples’ posts aren’t getting lost.

Hi! I am new here. I already have a couple of accounts elsewhere on fedi for quite some time now, but I also wanted to jump on the “escaping reddit” bandwagon and see where it takes me. This looks like a cool place, I am looking forward to participating! I mostly used reddit for looking for players for my RPG groups and for asking linux questions, I hope I will be able to participate in such discussions and activities here as well.
