If he kept using “you are” instead of allowing himself just that one contraction do you think he’d have gone with “you are hands and legs”?
They should have said your hands and legs? Not you’re, not you are. My point all along. Are you sure you meant to reply to me?

No, they’re correct. The misuse is in panel 5.
Ah I see, c/confidentlyincorrect on myself. I misinterpreted him saying you’re as a correction TO you’re, not pointing out you’re as an error.
Similar to the “open door” idea in stoicism. I.e. you always have a choice, your choices might just be terrible. (The open door in the original story is a metaphor for suicide, because even that is always n option, its just almost always a worse option than whatever else)
