What I took from this post is that I have a lot to learn about encoding.
Full anime episode under 6MB? Is that actual wizardry with decent quality (480p~720p video with tolerable loss) or fuckery akin to rmvb in action sequences?
If the anime in question is “the last two episodes of Evangelion”, it’s quite achievable
The real Chads are encoding entire Shrek movies into a 4MB gif
oh yes, virtualdub, ffmpeg, all the codec and their option, containers, etc, it was an art
