    First time offense. Clearly an accident. No intentionality. Exhibited remorse for the actions.

    This isn’t a shockingly low sentence. It’s completely normal. It’s a tragedy, but sentencing her to life in prison isn’t going to bring the family back.

    The estate can still sue her in civil court.
