No, that’s definitely alpha behaviour. Your scheduler is poorly optimised because it’s the first build that managed to compile.

Me too tbh. My body naturally feels tired between the hours of 2-4am generally
without going too deep into it. whenever I go to bed I think of all the abuse I’ve suffered through…that’s probably why I can’t sleep most nights
I would limit myself to two rules:
- sleep 8 hours a day
- find whatever rhythm makes you productive or happy
YouTubers do not know what works best for you. Neither do squirrels, bears and lions.
I go to bed by about 10, wake up about 8. Does that make me alpha?
With the lions the females even provide ;)
