There is still a dearth of evidence compared to 100+ years we have for smoking tobacco but the more we learn the less it’s possible to ignore how it’s turning out. Remember for decades that tobacco companies white washed cigarette smoking and even tried to make it sound therapeutic.
The original comment said “vaping is just as bad as smoking” but the links intended to support that claim said vaping is a better substitute than smoking. Better doesn’t mean healthy, it means less bad.
This seems like an opportunity to learn something, but instead you choose to cry, “cope harder” to someone that tried having a conversation in good faith, and doesn’t even use nicotine products.

My point, more eloquently stated and harder to mis-represent, would be that one shouldn’t assume vaping to be a healthier alternative before we have all the data and really know especially when we do know that vested interests have mislead public opinion on the use of nicotine products in the past.

This sentence in the last link that you included contractics the suggestion that vaping is just as bad as smoking.
I think there is also a specific use for cigarettes in that fashion, in any case cope harder. Vaping is bad for you.
