We will definitely have burgers and hot dogs, probably potato salad, but I like to try a new dish or two on holidays. Gives me a good reason to go all out.

So what are you making? Are you keeping it totally traditional? Do you have a family fav that shows up at these events? Any out of the box suggestions or twists on an old favorite?

    Some friends are hosting BBQs so I’m making a dessert for one on the 3rd, (haven’t figured out what yet) , and probably making salsa and German potato salad for the party on the 4th.
