I don’t know what I expected when I clicked on it.
You can take off all your clothes and run around nude if you so desire. So you can definitely see them, if you make that choice.
I’m a geologist.
I’m pretty sure Animal Crossing: New Horizons never actually tells you that you can run by holding B. You just have figure it out by accident… I think I played for a month or two before I realized it was possible when watching someone play on YouTube.
I have never seen another reference to this game in the wild before, and it delights me. It was my favorite game as a kid.
I had a lot of posts and comments, so I’ve had to go back a rerun it every couple of days as more would “reappear” on my profile. I think that’s due to Reddit storing thigs weird, though. It does work, I think I got it all yesterday which was about the 4th time I ran it and only a single comment had reappeared.
Unfortunate. Good luck!
Huh. Are you using calibre? I’m sorry I can’t help, I’ve never had this issue, and I have about a thousand DRM-free books and files on mine. Maybe it depends on which device you’re using. I have the Clara HD and it works very well.
Highly recommend getting a Kobo instead.
I am finally playing Hades. I don’t like rogue-likes, which is why I put it off for so long, but I’m deeply enjoying playing on God Mode.
I’m always poking around in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, and I’m playing Sons of the Forest with some friends every week.
Yeah, it would be really nice. I can’t deal with the shrieking and it seems like especially post-covid, a lot of parents have totally abandoned any semblance of controlling their children in public.
I went to an aquarium recently and parents were lifting their kids up to sit/stand on the little ledges where the glass was so they could scream and pound on the glass, rub their fingers and faces all over it, and there was no concept of “get your look in and then move so other people can see”.
Granted I haven’t been to an aquarium in a pretty long time, but the behavior shocked me. It used to be you’d see a few people doing that, and usually they’d get dirty looks. Now it was virtually everyone treating the place like a playground.
I will have to check that setting, thanks.
It felt like every other comment on popular subs (like r/AmITheAsshole) was a bot calling out another bot for having scraped and stolen a comment from someone farther down the comment chain. It makes me think that a significant portion of the traffic being seen still active on Reddit is just bots talking to each other. That, and porn subs, probably.
Good points. I do use mine a ton, so I end up charging it about every other week on average, which is still very good. Part of the issue is also that I bought a third-party case (I use it before bed every night, so I always buy the brightest orange case I can find for easy locating when it inevitably gets lost in the bedsheets) and it’s not that reliable about sleeping the Kobo when I close it.
I also have a Kobo Clara HD and I love it. Battery life isn’t quite as good as my old Paperwhite (but still good) but more than made up for by not having to deal with Amazon and being able to actually make categories of books on the thing and the use of Overdrive/Libby.
I also used Calibre for my Paperwhite and use it for my Kobo, and the Kobo is just better and doesn’t feel like such a fight to use.
Only other complaints would be: not that many cases available for it, and the lowest light setting is a good bit brighter than on the Paperwhite. All minor things.
I’m confused, but I’ve got the spirit. Reddit was confusing at first too, given I joined before it was mainstream popular. I figured it out, I’ll figure this out too. Looking forward to a restart and seeing this grow.
That’s a nectarine babe.
