I was a bit disappointed by Quake II RTX, which felt like an engine hack with nothing more. This looks like the proper remaster we’ve been waiting for.
Love the inclusion of the Nintendo 64 port, like how it was also included with the Quake I remaster.
Congratulations!
Also, this is my first post using Mlem!
I thought you meant the Microsoft build of OpenJDK: https://www.microsoft.com/openjdk .
Well, ActivityPub has been in use for years, was used for many kinds of social media platforms (Mastodon, Lemmy and more), and we’re using it right now.
While the “at” protocol supports (in theory) more things like distributed moderation and account migration, it’s unclear why, for the things it has in common with ActivityPub, it must fully replace it rather than complement it.
In short, the “at” protocol is marketing bullcrap.
Kind of. Right stick up and down zooms in and out the camera, like the N64’s C-up and C-down. Right stick left and right rotates left and right as usual.
Vampire Survivors and and just started Psychonauts 2. Both play well using cloud gaming and touch controls.
I’ve only seen it on some “insider” builds for Windows 11, so unless it was pushed publicly in the past few days you shouldn’t see it.
This post’s title is misleading anyway. It’s not enabled by default, and only sends URLs of “large images” that don’t require any form of authentication. Considering where I work, I can’t say much more than that. If you knew where I work, you’d trust my word over some other random people on the internet.
It’s only in the Canary version for now.
Although the feature sounds exciting, recent Microsoft Edge Canary updates have provided more information on how image enhancement works.
Here’s the pull request that removes Reddit: https://github.com/Ranchero-Software/NetNewsWire/pull/4025 .
It’s the same with YouTube Premium. They really push you hard to the “Home” page instead of your own subscriptions. You’d think that paying for the service would make a difference…
I see the same thing on Android 13 and Chrome.
No issue with iOS 17 and Safari.
