I’d really like one that allows timestamps. The only reason I haven’t taken my own unlisted personal videos off of YouTube is because they’re pretty long and really benefit from having timestamps I can easily click on, and because the video lengths and filesizes are longer than any alternative I know supports. I’d rather have the one big file instead of teeny little separated files. (I have been using YouTube as my video backup service for over a decade now.)

If you know of any private FOSS service even, that is less video sharing and more one-person-video-storage that has this feature I would love to know.
