I realized that there was so much content left in my account after running power delete suite. My data request showed just over 17k comments, and a couple random spot checks showed useful comments still exist. Come up in google results. So I used that export list and ran a script to delete every last comment.

I’m keeping my account for the sake of maintaining control over my comments. I’d hate to delete the account only for them to restore my comments and leave myself with no recourse. I don’t want my content driving traffic to their site.
