Oh yeah for sure it’s a wide spectrum, it can go from a mild “cheese makes me fart a little hihi” to an extreme “oh dear God please, it feels like my body is trying to expel my intestines, just fucking kill me already”

There are those of us who are both. I can go weeks with eating pizza and ice cream and other shit and be fine and then there are instances like when I was a teenager and I ate four bowls of cocoa puffs and had to go have my stomach pumped to avoid cardiac arrest.
