I put an old iPad in a picture frame case and use it as a HomeKit hub and dakboard screen.

This feels like a “Hot Fuzz” parody–spelling error and all: payed vs paid.
I threw something once and it bounced off a sofa (which was my target to avoid damage) and it hit someone I cared about–that was the last time I used throwing as my outlet for frustration. Now I just sigh loudly, take a deep breath, and try the counting thing others have said. Good luck and if you feel stuck, it’s ok to talk to a professional. It’s better than hurting someone or yourself.
Refactoring, without test coverage, in a nutshell.
Definitely adding this one to the dev guidelines on unit and integration tests. 👍🏼
Yes… and a couple of other old favorites.
Having moved from Delaware, where lightning bugs were plentiful in July, to Minnesota, where they’re rare (the dominant species here doesn’t actually light up), I didn’t realize they were at such risk.
Good article to raise awareness. Shout out for the presentation/design, too.
I’m hoping wefwef adds some in-app blocking and favoriting functionality in a future release. It’s one of the things I’m missing most from Apollo. 🤞🏼
Yes, on iPhone only, though. I like that you can schedule them to run at certain times which is super helpful with home automation. As a former jailbreaker, I used to miss Activator but Shortcuts does everything I need.
A few good ones:
I saw it last night on a really big screen, which made it very immersive. The sound, cinematography, and effects were strong. There were only a couple of times that the de-aging was noticeable. I agree that was very well done.
Overall, I thought it was just ok. It won’t go down as one of my favorite movies; the plot was too forgettable. For my tastes, there was a bit too much action. It had a bit of the exploration/puzzle-solving feel of the originals but not enough.
Same here. People give me a hard time for having a 15 year old Dell-branded Natural Pro keyboard and a stockpile of spares but they seem to last forever and fit me so well, ergonomically.
Definitely a joke… there is nowhere on Manhattan with a building number of 56322–it would be somewhere in New Jersey if the numbers went that far west. I’m guessing Patrick has some fun friends or it’s all for lulz.
